We have a no quibble return policy as long as the item is not damaged and the label is still attached. You have up to 21 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within 21 days of the receipt of your order, we’ll exchange or give a full refund.
Please note, sale items work slightly differently. You can return your order at any time within 7 working days after the day you receive it, for an exchange or credit note.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to twenty-one days when we’re very busy.

At the moment our store at Liberty Wharf is not allowed to open until 11th January.
If an item was bought on or after 4th December, we will offer an exchange or refund up to 17th January. If an item was bought before this time, we had originally offered exchanges up to the 8th January, but this will also be extended to 17th January. All exchanges must have the original receipt and all tags and labels.
If we are forced to be closed longer then we will obviously extend these times.
We hope that we will be able to offer you an exchange or credit note, this year has been a very tough year to be in retail and we know all local stores really do appreciate the support.
Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
How long do I have to exchange items?
As with returns you have 21 days. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. (7 days for sale items).
What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
